About Jessica & Gearóid

Hi there,

We're Jessica  & Gearóid - the couple behind the Road To Well Travelled blog. We met & married in Dublin, Ireland and ended up relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2018. Travelling is our favorite way to spend time away from the hustle of the everyday life. At this stage, it’s bordering on more of habit than a hobby, and we’re completely alright with that.

Just before venturing off to South Africa and Zimbabwe we thought it would be a brilliant idea to finally organize photos from our travels throughout the years. As we were sorting through image after image of the amazing places we've been, we decided to create this blog where we could collect, store and share our experiences & memories in one place.

When we’re not travelling around the place seeking new adventures, Jessica works in Customer Experience & Insights at Silicon Valley Bank, and Gearóid is an AI Engineer at Google X.
